“When I started at CIO at Harvard Medical School, I quickly realized the need to create a more open, collaborative, and inquisitive culture. Having worked with Glenn before at Biogen, I didn’t hesitate to bring him in as a consultant to organize and run an “Open Space” event for me. And what a spectacular job he did! The event was a huge success and exceeded my (high) expectations. Glenn brought in his deep knowledge and experience, great organizational and interpersonal skills, but most importantly a deep passion for and a true commitment to making the Open Space a transformative event for my organization.”
Rainer F – Chief Information Officer at Harvard Medical School
“I was pleased to have had the opportunity to work with The Collaborative Development Group (CDG) on team development in my former role as a Nurse Leader of a large health care system. My team of twenty-five participated in a one-day workshop with Glenn around Myers Briggs (MBTI) types. This included pre-work, where each member responded to a questionnaire, and then a workshop that helped us to build understandings of the findings from our individual questionnaires and also, most importantly, the impact of these findings on our teaming. Spending time learning about ourselves as individuals empowered each of us on the team to engage in improving our team dynamics and our effectiveness as a group. We found ourselves relating to one another with more acceptance and understanding, and we now have a common language to initiate improvement in the areas where we are individually and/or team challenged.”
Joan C – Medical Center Director-CEO, Department of Veteran Affairs
“Having never experienced coaching before engaging CDG, I didn’t know what to expect, nor was I sure of the benefits or potential for outcomes. After speaking with Glenn about the possibilities and potential for coaching results, I was confident about giving this a try! The benefits extended to both professional and personal goals, as I gained traction and confidence about actions that I could take in order to achieve those things I deemed important or necessary. There were circumstances where I felt limited by my own thinking, and it was through analyzing my thoughts and ideas with a coach, that I was able to create a realistic action plan. Working with a coach allowed me the opportunity to gain insights into alternative ways of approaching and managing difficult situations.”
Sonia R – Senior Director, Quality Systems and Compliance, Quality Control at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals – Global Drug Discovery and Development Leader

“I had a very rewarding coaching experience working with CDG. I participated in the Results Accelerator coaching process, where I was able to affirm a few things I believed I knew about myself and I opened my eyes to some new possibilities. We analyzed patterns in my behavior when communicating and collaborating at work and in my personal life, and this made clear to me what was working and what was not. The results of this coaching have provided me with new insights about more effective outcomes and increased how well I am performing in both professional and personal situations.”
Ivan Q – IT Senior Project Manager at Major not-for-profit, multi-institutional, integrated health care organization serving over one million people throughout western New England.
“I have appreciation for the value and benefit that personal coaching can make in my life, both professionally and personally. I have experienced first-hand results gaining more confidence and effective results based on receiving coaching. I would encourage anyone looking to gain greater insight and understanding in areas of their lives, with an interest for enhancing their relationships and performance. The coaching CDG offers will provide you new found perspectives that might not have been surfaced without the support of a professional coach trained in methods that help others get at core of situations and empowering them to see alternatives, options and possibilities for changing patterns that deliver the same unsuccessful results.”
